Return & Refund Policy

At HC Store, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

HC Store reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.
